  1. Click here http://rssfwd.com.
  2. Copy the URL of the blog you are interested in. (HINT: helps to have two windows open!) Paste that URL into the lonely box on the rssfwd page.
  3. Click SUBMIT
  4. On the next page, enter your email address and click SUBSCRIBE.
  5. There is no step 5.
