Lupton Library Lines

In response to student requests, the Lupton Library has designated the Southern Writers Room, located on the 1st Floor, as a quiet study area. The Southern Writers Room is home to the Fellowship of Southern Writers and houses materials and portraits of its members. The room, used during the day as University Classroom, is a lovely study environment and removed from the hustle and bustle of rest of the Libarry.

The Southern Writers Room is open for quiet study: Sunday’s from 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm and Monday - Thursday from 5:30 to 11:30 pm.

When using the Southern Writers Room please be considerate of your fellow students and silence your electronic devices and refrain from conversation.
